Who does this statement apply to?


This privacy statement applies to all customers (past, present and future) and visitors to our website.

For the processing of personal data in the context of the activities mentioned in the Privacy Statement, Inkrea considers itself to be the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also referred to as 'the Regulation'). Inkrea will only collect, process and use your personal data to the extent permitted by law or if you have given your prior consent.

Inkrea employs specialists who are responsible for the security of the network, infrastructure and information systems. We have an ethical policy and a Responsible Information Management policy in place to support this, which set out clear guidelines and measures.

  • correct inaccurate data;
  • have data deleted or its use restricted;
  • object to processing;
  • transfer your data to another service provider.
You can submit a request via our contact details above. Please remember to include proof of your identity, preferably a copy of the front of your identity card. Inkrea will respond within one month, in accordance with applicable legislation.

How long do we keep your data?

For as long as necessary for our services or for as long as required by law (e.g. up to 7 years for tax purposes).
